1 / What is an overview of the process?
Order test kit. Pack your shelf-stable test in your carry-on during your travels. 48-72 hours before departure, activate your test kit. A testing specialist will walk you through the sample collection. Your results form will be emailed to you immediately
2 / What type of COVID test is this?
This is a Rapid Antigen test. Your sample is collected via a self-administered nasal swab inserted about ¾” inside each nostril. Results of this test are approved for re-entry to the United States.
3 / When do I activate my test?
Pre-travel COVID tests must be taken within 3 days (72 hours) of your planned departure. Please plan ahead and contact us, testing specialists are standing by lab hours will walk you all the details.
Note: If your flight is delayed by more than 24 hours, you may have to re-take your test so that your results fall within the 3-day testing window.
4 / How long does the test take?
Please allow at least 15 minutes for your testing appointment. It will take about 10 minutes for the testing solution to return a result. Our lab technician will work on the report and send to you as soon as it's generated.
5 / What things BlueBio Lab needs from me?
